We are a group of online trauma therapists and couples counselors who delight in learning more about how to best walk with our clients on their journey. Being a trauma-informed practice is so important to us!

Specialized: Our practice specializes in online trauma therapy and online couples counseling because we are deeply passionate about helping our clients heal their relationship to themselves and those they love.

Compassionate: We hold space for our clients to be truly themselves, with open-mindedness and nonjudgmentalness.

WarmWe create a space that is safe and, sometimes, full of laughter and finding the delight in the small things.

Informed: Whether it's maintaining our trauma-informed status, learning more about the LGBTQ+ movement, or better understanding our clients' cultural identity, we welcome our clients as the experts of their own lives.

Addictions Specialist, Individuals

(Texas) • Supervised by Sheila Colleen Arnold, LSCW-S

Hey there, I’m Megan! As a mental health therapist for working professionals here in Texas, it’s important for me to cultivate a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to form a meaningful therapeutic alliance to collaboratively explore, heal, laugh, and adapt through challenges that are inevitable within the human experience.

Through the use of a holistic approach, together we will focus on addressing the underlying factors contributing to your struggles at work and home, fostering self-awareness, and building healthy coping strategies. I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues, including addiction, anxiety and depression, trauma, work-life balance, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. No matter what you're facing, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will develop personalized strategies to help you navigate these challenges and foster personal and professional growth.

Aside from being a therapist, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, traveling, eating sushi, and exploring nature.

Gina Daniel, LMSW
Ecotherapy Specialist, Individuals

(Texas) • Supervised by Amber Jekot, LSCW-S

Hi there. I’m glad you’re here.

My name is Gina (she/her) and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Texas. My approach to therapy is humanistic, holistic, and integrated. This means there is great consideration of your needs and lived experiences to determine how we can work together to help you create the life you want to live. There is also an emphasis placed on self-growth at a pace that feels good to you.

If it interests you, I love bringing nature into therapy to help restore balance to mind, body, and soul. This is often referred to as “ecotherapy” and it pairs nicely with other approaches I use, which include Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. If you are interested in trying an alternative approach to therapy as well as exploring your body’s and the rest of nature’s wisdom, we may be a good fit.

Outside of session you’ll find me rock climbing, biking and hiking, reading, or baking something with chocolate. I also enjoy spending time with my dog and leopard gecko, who are probably two of the most spoiled pets in Austin.

Valentina Isleib, LMFT
Relationship Specialist, Couples

(Pennsylvania)

Hello, I’m Valentina! What I offer as a therapist is an opportunity for you to express yourself fully and to help you explore, discover and understand yourself and your needs with compassion and curiosity. This process is essential for learning how to best care for yourself which often leads to feeling less anxiety and more confidence or clarity in your life.

As a marriage and family therapist, I can help you better navigate all relationships in your life, setting healthy boundaries, developing better communication tools, and building flourishing relationships. Additionally, I have a special interest in the relationship between my clients and their work - we spend so much time in our careers, it is imperative that we do it well. We will help you feel supported in all areas of your life that are important to you!

If you are coming for Couples Therapy, I will help you listen to each other in a new way; we may discuss in detail the recurrent challenges you face to help you uncover hidden patterns of behavior to help you address them. We will explore your styles of communication, and I will coach you in expressing yourself in a way that helps you be heard. When a couple learns to listen to each other, it helps each person to feel validated and loved.

Meg Delp, LMFT
Clinical Director

(Pennylvania and Texas)

Hey! I’m Meg and I am a licensed therapist and certified trauma professional in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Texas. I’m also currently working on an Organizational Psychology degree to broaden my understanding of all aspects of my clients’ lives, as well as working as the Director of Workplace Mental Health with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)!

Supporting my clients as they move through life is such an honor for me. I will meet you wherever you are in life, and we will go from there. Our path will be individualized based on who you are, what you care about, and what your goals are! Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy all things nature, traveling, playing with my adorable dogs Olive and Walnut, trying new restaurants with my husband, and figuring out my own path in life.
